Just a quick note.  The "Chainsaw On The Lawn" screening of Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1 and 2 films with Allen Danziger and Bill Johnson is ON!!!  I've setup a web site for it.  Go to www.chainsawonthelawn.com  Click HERE for the press release.  Click HERE for the agenda.  Both documents are in Microsoft Word format.  You can order your tickets from that page using your credit card.  Or, you can phone in your order.  For more info on calling your order in, go to www.ainsworthhouse.com.  There is a number you can call and talk to Ada, who will be glad to help you out.  It'll be a BLAST!!!  I'll have my fan club membership table out there, and I'd really like to meet you guys!  And I know that Allen and Bill would like to meet you as well!  E-mail me with any questions you might have about it.

You know, I really have no idea what's going on with Tony Hooper's site, www.allamericanmassacre.com.  Tony, as you may or may not know, is Tobe Hooper's son.  And, well, I was about to refer you to it's imdb.com entry, but it's not there!  Wonder if it was there at all?  I don't know.  This site has been online and offline, back and forth for several years.  It was online just recently, and I was smart enough to download and save the trailer to it.  You can download it HERE.  I'll try to find a permanent place for this trailer on my site somewhere.  Be warned - the file is about 15 MB in size.

I've been asked to participate in the Texas Frightmare Weekend.  I'll be on the Wild Man of the Navidad panel, and I'll have a table for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Fan Club.  Kim Henkel will be there as well!  This event will be in Grapevine, Texas, February 21-24.

I recently received an e-mail from someone who used to work with Paul Partain.  They said that he used to work for Marshall Industries in Houston, Texas, and his nickname used to be "PP".  They also said that he kept his co-workers laughing all the time.  Paul, you'll always be missed.

There was a web/podcast tribute to the Texas Chainsaw Massacre done last week.  The guests on the show were Daniel Pearl, the original cinematographer for Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and David Gregory, who did the Shocking Truth documentary on the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, back in 2000.  I called in and talked to David, of whom I haven't talked to for a few years.  A replay of that show can be heard HERE.
