Where did the "REAL" Texas Chainsaw Massacre Happen?

This seems to be the question that will not go away.  For as much information I have poured into this web site, people still e-mail me asking me where/if it really happened.  Some even say that they knew Leatherface for themselves or they knew the victims.  Most of the time, people believe this rumor because their parents or other family or friends tell them this tale and they believe it.

So this section of my web site is dedicated to all the locations that people believed or hear it happened.  The following is a list compiled from people who think or heard it happened and gave me a place of where it supposedly happened.

If you heard where it happened at some point in time, drop me an e-mail to let me know and I'll add it to this list.

AND NO, THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE NEVER OCCURRED.

If you still don't believe me, visit my FAQ page or my Convinced page.

It would take a lot of time and miles on your car to drive to all these locations and investigate these places for yourself. You would be better off to keep the miles down on your car, especially if you have a Titlemax title loan, and just believe the fact that the Texas Chainsaw Massacre never happened in any of these places.
